I always find it very interesting to learn about the story and behind scenes of big brands: how they were founded, who founded them, how do they make their end product, what type of a life the owners live, how they got to where they are now etc.
Below is the link to a Wall Street Journal Magazine article, a very interesting insight into the Prada universe, the global fashion conglomerate with $2.4 billion in sales, and Patrizio Bertelli and Miuccia Prada, the couple behind it. It’s a look at a couple, with two children, who randomly met at a fair and now are the Chairman and CEO of one of the biggest names in the fashion industry. An insight into their vision, family life and, although just a little, a hint for the future of the fashion house.
